That’s where the Energy Savings Assistance Program comes in. Eligible customers can receive free* upgrades and repairs for items such as heat pump water heaters, furnaces, lighting, and even refrigerators—helping you create a safer, more efficient home at no cost.

*Eligible customers will also be automatically enrolled in the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) program, which provides an additional monthly discount of 20–30% on their energy bill.

*Eligible customers must meet specific income-based qualification requirements.
